TREASURED

ANCESTORS

Experienced Research.

Clear Documentation.

Accurate. Efficient. Reliable.

I am an Accredited Genealogist® with more than 20 years of professional experience as a historical and forensic genealogist. My work includes family history research, immigration research to identify ancestral hometowns, dual citizenship documentation, and kinship research for probate and other legal matters. I conduct research across the United States, Canada, and throughout Europe, with particular expertise in German and Slavic research. I also lead a skilled research team whose combined strengths provide additional depth in areas such as Scandinavian, Spanish and Portuguese, colonial German (U.S.), and Latin American research. Based near Salt Lake City, we work closely with the FamilySearch Library and with the repositories best suited to the records each project requires, allowing us to deliver efficient, thorough, and high-quality research.

About Us

Stories about where we come from are not simply records of the past—they are part of what we carry forward. Names, places, and relationships form a legacy that connects generations, even when the details have been lost or scattered over time.

At Treasured Ancestors, each discovery is gathered and preserved with care. A document located, a family connection clarified, an ancestral origin identified—each becomes part of a larger inheritance of knowledge.

Over time, these pieces are brought together into something enduring: a strand of connected histories, where each ancestor’s story is a pearl—shaped by its own time and place, and made more significant by the way it is preserved and passed forward.

Our work is focused on building that record of connection—creating a body of evidence that not only answers questions, but becomes something lasting for those who come after.

Services

Clients come to us with different goals, but all require research that is focused, evidence-based, and clearly documented.

Family History Research

We extend family history beyond what is readily available online, identify immigrant origins, and connect families across localities, languages, jurisdictions, and generations.

Dual Citizenship Research

We document the required family line and locate the records needed to support citizenship by descent applications.

Kinship Research

We conduct genealogical research for probate, heirship, and legal matters where accurate identification of family relationships is required.
